General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The heavy menses with enlarged uterus may be indicative of possible
- Adenomyosis of uterus
- Uterine fibroid
- Adenomyosis of pelvic organs
- Others

It is best recommended to undergo and ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis for the final diagnosis after thorough clinical examination with an expert OBGYN specialist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
