It started 2 weeks after he ws born where his poop will be extremely smelly. And the pedi explained it as a stomach infection and gave hm antibiotics, it stopped and came back 2 weeks later we though maybe it the milk and changed hs formular frm similac advance to enfamil gentlease lipil and his poop ws fine for few days and now back to foul smelling again, the frequency has also reduced from over 5 times a day to once or twice a day! And it a loooot of poop when he goes.
