Hi, thank you for posting.

From what you refer, I think that you suffer from kidney stones.
First the pain is severe, not constant, but then it becomes constant.

To find the diagnose you need:
1- Abdominal Ultrasound.
2- Urography(pyelography).
3- Kidney Ct-scan(only if it is necessary, your doctor will determine if you need it).
4- Repeat urine test.
5- Complete blood count.

You should contact your nephrologist.

If the pain is severe and constant, I recommend you to go to Emergency Room , to control the pain.

I hope you find this helpful.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
