What Could Fasting Blood Sugar Level Of 374 Indicate?

hi my blood sugar level in fasting 275 mg and after having the food again given sample to blood sugar level,it found that 374.but when we gone for urine anlysis,didnt found sugar in the urine.could you please help me whether it leads to any other complications.

Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Your blood sugar levels are very high at present. Your urine report is wrong because whenever blood sugar is more than 180, urine must show sugar.
My advice to you is -

1.You need to immediately control your both Fasting and post meal blood sugar. Meet your diabetologist on early basis.
IDEAL BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS ARE -

1.Fbs 2. PP2BS 3 . HBA1c Make target of this levels.

2 . urine sugar levels are not of much importance rather watch for urine albumin levels which indicates early kidney damage.

3.Stik to diabetic diet, do regular exercise and 40 minutes brisk walking is of utmost importance.
