What Could Fatigue And Morning Nausea Indicate?
I feel so tired and exhausted all the time. It s been happening for two weeks. Off and on. Randomly. Days I feel good others bad and yesterday and today are bad. And I feel nauseous in the mornings too. Well those are random as well. It s not every morning but randomly.

but they can happen in other situations also so they r not confirmatory for pregnancy
please mention ur age & first day of last menstrual period ( lmp ).Were ur periods delayed or not
alternatively
mood swings r common in perimenopausal period also
fatigue can occur in fever or anaemia
nausea could be early sign of enteritis
