What Could Fatty Liver With Hypodensity In Lobes Indicate?

hi, i have had a ct scan recently as an ultrasound showed possible fatty liver....this is the results. the liver has a heterogenous appearance with large wedged shape areas of hypodensity in both right and left lobes which are secondary to fatty infiltration with areas of fatty sparing. No enhancing lesions are identified. Im a 28 yr old female...is this result ok??

Hello,
1) At some extent it is ok, as this is not serious condition
2) But if you not take care from mow then this condition worsen and gradullay progress to severe fatty liver and then liver failure
3) Alcoholism aggravate this process
4) You require diet modification (less glucose, less fat, high protein), regular exercise, intermittent fasting, use of omega-3 fatty acid containing oil in diet, stop alcohol consumption.
5) You might require lipid profile test along with evaluation for fatty liver
