What Could Feeling Of Movements In Stomach With Abdominal Pain Indicate?

I feel movement in my stomach and I see it as well but my pregnancy tests have came out negative but I also have pain on my right side that goes around to my back and my rib seems to be swollen and I still see and feel movement and my stomach is growing to the point where it hurts to suck it in. What could this be?

Thanks for consulting me at my virtual clinic. I have worked through your case thoroughly, and I can easily realize your health worries. Being your physician, I reassure you not to worry as things will settle down very soon.

It may be due to bloating, Indigestion, constipation etc. For that I prescribe to my patients Omeprazole40mg per oral twice daily for 7days. Syrup Lactulose 4TSF at bed time for 7days. Tablet Itopride10mg 3times before meals per oral for 7days. Plenty of fluids and fruits, physical activity and balanced healthy and high fiber diet. Green leafy vegetables and salads.

One more condition that may present like that is serious one. That's Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm. I suggest you to consult a physician to rule it out.
