What Could Feeling Of Painful Tightness In Chest With Irritated Throat Mean?
I am feeling painful tightening in my chest. My current resting heart rate is 108. Plus I feel like something it stuck in my throat, like a pill. I haven t taken spill since this morning. The chest tightness started on my drive home from a 3 mile walk. I have since taken my inhaler twice but it seems any time I sit the pain comes back. I do take daily antacid pills in the morning.

You could be having throat infection or pharyngitis. Do steam inhalation, consume warm food and plenty of fluids. Consult your ENT Doctor for a prost diagnosis and treatment.
