What Could Feeling Of Tightness In Throat With Breathing Difficulty In A Child Indicate?
My nine year old is experiencing a tight feeling in her throat, and says breathing feels difficult. She does not have a history of any allergies, and isn t gasping or showing outward signs other than crying out of concern that it is going to worsen. I have given her a Benadryl and some caffeinated soda, and told her to just breathe slowly. Is it okay to just watch her? What should I watch for before calling a doctor?
