What Could Fever With Burning And Frequent Urination Indicate?

hi, about 4 days ago I had a bit of a fever with my whole body aching for 2 consecutive days. 3 days latter I now felt a bit of irritation and burning urinating but no blood. After urinating, I feel like urine is leaking or moving down but when I check there s nothing. What could this be. Am 30 yrs old, have had a UTI about a year back.No outside sexual activity

I am Dr. Saleha and I have read your message in detail, I understand your concern and will try to help you in this.

I am sorry to know about the problem you are having.In my opinion you seem to be having UTI, for UTI it isn't important to have outside sexual activity, it is just a urinary tract infection which can happen without any outside contact.

I would suggest you not to panic there are a few things which you can do to counter this problem.

A) Drink much water.
B) Take good care of Hygiene.
C) Drink loads of Cranberry juice.
D) You can take Tylenol for fever and body aches when needed.
E) Contact your doctor as soon as possible you might need some tests run on you and your doctor might also start antibiotics to fight the infection.

This is not a problem to be worried about much but you need to take good care of it and follow it up with your doctor if things don't settle down.
