You are suffering from sharp frequent pain in the pelvic bones that radiates to the buttocks. Presently, the pain is so high that you can't even sit or move properly. This is happening post childbirth. Your symptoms are indicative of either pelvic bone damage during childbirth or you have fractured tail bone. Stretching of the pelvic boned during pregnancy can cause pelvic girdle pain, postpartum pubic symphysis diastasis.
The gap can be painful and cause symptoms you are experiencing. Broken tailbone can cause pain that lasts for weeks or months. It may hurt when you sit down, stand for a long time, use the bathroom, or have sex. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist / GP or an orthopedist, get the required imaging tests done. You will be treated with pain relieving medicines, anti inflammatory drugs, given ice or heat pad, etc. You may be recommended a physical therapy to strengthen your muscles and ease your pain. Do not move too much, stay at rest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
