Hi Dr. Grief, I m wondering what the generic pills for Zanaflex look like? (Tizanidine) I m just starting the second month on them (for serious back spasms and though these look different than the ones I took last month, (these pills are much smaller) my bigger concern is that they don t seem to work as well. Given that I discovered about a year ago that some generics work better than others-and some don t work at all the way the original prescription does (which is my experience with Baclofen- one brand, Northstar works fine, while and the other doesn t seem to work at all)...my back is far worse this week than it had been. I should tell you I m taking 20 mg Baclofen twice a day and then 10 mg with the Tizanidine (4 mg) as directed by my Neurologist. Does this give you enough background to comment?
