What Could Grade 1 Prostatic Enlargement In Ultrasound Report Suggest?
I am 44 years old male and had an ultrasound. The ultrasound report that prostate gland has estimated volume of 24 grams and central parenchyma is uniform. The impression summarizes that i had a grade 1 prostatic enlargement? Will you give me an idea what is this all about?

1.There is a prostate gland which is just adjeceg to the urinary bladder.
2.Its function in production of sperms.
3.Its a common findings seen in your age. It can be treated conservatively since its only grade 1.
4.Symptoms are increased frequency, burning micturation, dysuria.
5.After treatment get a followup at least yearly once.
