What Could Growing, Bleeding Sore On Chest Around Periods Indicate?

i have a sore on my chest that has been there for 7 years. it has gotten bigger, but it is like a scar most of the time and sometimes scabs and bleeds around my menstrual cycle. I am 47 now. Also, sometimes during my menstrual cycle, I have lymph nodes that swell. for a few years they would swell in my hips (backside) but lately I haven t noticed that, but they are in my armpits lately. I have regular blood screenings for fat, cholestorol and BP and everything there is fine, but I haven t been to doc for exam bc I am nervous

The symptoms seem alarming and you need to be vigilant and get consultation immediately as in the worst scenario this could be cancer as well because of its association with the menstrual cycle and lymph nodes in your arm pits. Get your hormonal studies and CT scan of the chest with mamography done to rule out such case.
