What Could Have Happened When I Have Right-sided Abdominal Pain Close To Two Weeks Past Ovulation?

Hi, i have been trying to conceive for about 6month, last month cycle my period came a week late but all my urine tests i did came out negative, this month ( April) i tracked my ovulation and did the baby dance then I started testing from 8dpo -10 dpo which all showed a very faint positive line, but at 12 dpo I experienced a very brutal pain on my right tummy beside my belly button which lasted for about 25min then i did a urine test after that and the faint line was all gone till my 14 dpo its completely out very negative. Please can a doctor tell me what could have gone wrong.
