I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Your condition could be called Generalized Anxiety Disorder with an affinity to Agoraphobia, fear of people and social places. Don't confuse with social phobia. Your condition is easily treatable even without medication,. Learn yourself. Do not avoid anxiety creating situations and face them, come whatever may be. All the symptoms you mentioned are part of panic attack. You have very mild one. BP has nothing to do with anxiety but anxiety will increase your BP momentarily. Once you become relaxed, it should come down. Exercise, relaxation and psychotherapy should help you cure your condition.
Please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe some psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition.
