What Could Have Led To Increased SGPT And SGOT Level?

hi i am 27 and i have hbv e antigen for around 4 years and having entacavir 0.5 mg for around 2 years it came undetectable after three months of medicine but not the conversion took place now after 2 years it starts rising little and now sgpt sgot levels r increased 55 last one month back it was 46 so it varys on daily plz ans my quries

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. SGOT and SGPT levels are mildly elevated.
2. Variation could be possibly due to medication or diet.
3. In relapse of infection, it would be in the range of more than 200- 300 units. Not to worry now.
