My wife is seven months pregnant with our further child. Mom is a 33 yof history of headaches and a one time gestational diabetes. Her blood pesure is 91 over 63 checks with automatic machine. Her BP is normally like 119 /60. This morning she fills faint and foggyheaded

hi,her Bp when 90:60 is on the lower side so maybe when she fainted in all likelihood she was having an episode of low Bp. in such a situation she should sit down immediately and raise her legs. her headache can also be explained because of her low Bp. she should take lime water with salt and sugar when she feels dizzy. she can get her ogtt done to see whether she has gestational diabetes in this pregnancy or not . if ogtt is negative then there is nothing to worry. all the best.
