General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
There is possibility of the concussion a type of head injury. and a possibility of burn of the ice on the skin and physical injury.
I advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have C.T.scan for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, diclofenac , paracetamol, and serratia peptidase.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
