High RBC count ; 5.82 High packed cell volume; 51.40 High WBC count ; 10.92 High Neutrophil count; 7.02.Feeling tired and muscle pain. Antibiotic treatment for sore throat received 2 month ago. Oral thrush with mouth ulcer.
