What Could High WBC Cells In The Widal Test Report Suggest?
Positive widal test, no fever. Fatigue and headache. Typhi dot test is negative. Salmonella typhi O ; 1:80 Salmonella typhi H ; 1:40Salmonella paratyphi A: Non reactive Salmonella typhi B: Non reactive. High RBC count ; 5.82 High packed cell volume; 51.40 High WBC count ; 10.92 High Neutrophil count; 7.02.Feeling tired and muscle pain. Antibiotic treatment for sore throat received 2 month ago. Oral thrush with mouth ulcer.

You have widal test positive but titre is very low. It does not suggest any acute infection with salmonella. Your wbc count is at high normal range. It suggest that you have some bacterial infection. No need to worry. Just be relaxed. You should take a course of antibiotics. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

Your widal positive may be due to some anamnestic reaction or vaccination. You may have upper respiratory tract infection. In thyphoid, wbc count is generally low.
You should go for repeat widal test. If titre is increasing then you may have thyphoid. Otherwise you should take treatment for your respiratory tract infection only.
