What Could Increased Fatigue, Mood Swings With Chronic Pain In Nerves Indicate?

I have been experiencing fatigue and overall regression in energy and emotional management. I probably have some depression but that in my opinion is a symptom of a larger problem. I have not only depleted energy, but chronic pain in my nerves on hands an arms. Recently pain in my feet and ankles as well as other joints. I have migraines, on an irregular basis. I have been diagnosed with Low T and I m on injections. But the atrophy in my genitals and the complete lack of sexual desire, not to mention the difficulty in achieving sexual activity all combined makes me feel there is something bigger to look and ask questions about.
