welcome to Health care magic.

1.If there are inflates seen in the left upper zone - usually due to the infective aetiology.
2.The similar image can be seen after a old treated PTB - pulmonary tuberculoses.
3.In this case you can get a sputum examination, Chest HRCT and get a confirmed report saying there is no active infection ( from an authorised radiologist)
4.After that it all depends on the authority if it accept it or not - its not possible to get a clean lung after a PTB, the trace is always seen.
5.Other thing you can enquire them what to do where they want report from / who is eligible to give the report.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
