What Could Irritated Throat, Soreness And Burps Post Swallowing Indicate?

Have had some swallowing issues for past few months . Throat sore feels like something is there when I swallow. After eat throat sometimes sore or feel like achy pain for few seconds after swallow food. Then I automatically burp. Will have several throat burps, like something is stuck, like air bubble in throat and a belch kind of clears it. Been for a barium swallow. Test says I have a profound cricopharangeal muscle that sticks out. Am going for a modified barium swallow this week. Now when swallow liquids especially cold ones feels like a brain freeze but in my throat. Or will kind of get a soft but my feeling irritating back of throat. Feel nauseous on and off slot but not enough to actually vomit. Had a guardian and ultra sound to check gallbladder. Doc said fine. I feel like as weeks go on I am getting worse. Am worried about cancer or scleroderma or something serious. Am having changes in bowels too. Take Nexuim for acid reflux but had to take liquid Rolaids as acidity was burning throat. Then will get diarrhea like water and next day will be straining. Almost feels like some food and drink is getting into my windpipe. What should I be pushing my doc to do. Feels like he s taking too long to diagnose me. I feel like I m getting worse. .
