What Could It Be If I Had A Hard Lump, White Spot Under The Penis Which Leaks Pus When Squeezed?
i have a small hole under the head of my penis with a hard growth underneath the hole and another white spot at the end of the growth i have squeezed it a clear fluid and some blood came out at first the second day it seemed to have swollen a little bit bigger and the hole had a puss like substance come out as i squeezed it. pleade can you tell me what this is?

Growth with white spot indicates boil usually due to bacterial infection.
It usually occurs with bad hygiene,unprotected sex,severe perspiration,tight undergarment.
Try to squeeze it slowly and drain out the collection.
Do regular cleaning with antiseptic liquid and dressing with antibiotic cream like metrogyl/fusidic acid.
Start oral antibiotic like amoxy/clavulinic or cefixime/clavulinic to subside the infection and nsaid to subside the inflammation.
Take proper local care.
Avoid tight undergarment.
Get examined by your family physician for proper diagnosis and medications.
