What Could It Be If Am Shaky, Weak, Having Uncontrollable Cough, Shortnesss Of Breath, Back Pain, Chills, Sweating?
ok. diagnosed with Flu type A just over two weeks ago. took Tamilflu and steroids for bad cough. Been on tessalon perles, taking Zytec for allergies, and also ProAir inhaler for some wheezes at times. Taking Robitussin DM and Nyquil at night. Cough wont go away. Finished a Z-pack. Went back to urgent care four days ago, a second chest x-ray was essentially unchanged, a little atelectasis at right lung base. Got put on a second round of steroid. Was doing okay, still cough, but okay. Last evening got worse again. The cough is not as loose. Today feel shakey, weak, cough not controlled, short of breath in upper chest, some mid right back pain, had some chills and woke up from a nap sweaty with temp of 100.1, now 99.5. Waiting to hear back from the urgent care. The inhaler is not really helping and my heart rate is staying up at 120 all day.

There are three posibilities, of no relief of infection. 1)the organism may be resistant to the drugs used, so it may need culture and sensitivity of the sputum. 2)there might be heart failure, right ventricular failure,so needs treatment of the heart failure. 3)there may be tuberculosis infection.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein
rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Avoid taking fruits, juices, cool water, cool drinks, and ice cream till the infection is controlled.
