What Could It Be If Fingers Immediately Swell And Have Hot Flushes After Eating Bacon?

I get an immediate headache as well as experience heart flutters as Soon as I consume a piece of bacon. This is a recent event....I tried to drink a lot of water to dilute the salt but it doesnt work. My fingers immediately swell and my body flushes with heat...my forehead begins to sweat.....is this hypertension?

As i do understand that its because of high intake of salt as you have mentioned.Also there could be allergy to some of the components in diet.So avoid that food.As per your symptoms i do feel that its in addition to excess salt intake there is some allergic reaction.If still head ache persisits then better get evaluated without any delay.
