What Could It Be If Having Bloating, Gas, Mucous In Stools, Passing Yellow, Watery Stools?

Hi, Today I started to get very bloated and gassy and it wouldn t stop, it wasn t painful but you noticed it, I went to the toilet and very little poo came out but instead gas came out and mucus fell in the bowl, when I wiped the liquid was watery and yellow, read what it could be and I m freaking out, what do you think? Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have dysentry, probably amoebic dysentry. Or it may be due to the colitis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.Also avoid un timely foods to avoid G.I. irritation.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, omeprazole, and dicyclomine hydrochloride.
