What Could It Be If Having Blood Stains From Anus?
I noticed the other day while sorting laundry that I had some significant blood stains and streaks in the back of my underwear near my anus. My poop didn t have any blood in it because I tend to look at it. I don t know if it is hemmeroids or something more serious. please advise. I am 47 years old and in decent health. have had one colonoscopy about 2002 to remove a polyp.
Hello sir. Don't worry about you problem you will be all right.
There are a lot of causes of bleeding per rectally..can you tell us do you have pain during defection or do you starin during defecation... If it is the you are likely to have a anal fissure... A small tear in the anal reion .
If it doesn't pain then it may be a haemorroids . a ployp.... Since you had a polp in the past... I woul d advice you to get a colonoscopy done... We can check for any poly haemorroids OT any other pathoulhy in the same setting. Plan your schedule for a colonoscopy .where your Dr will ask you to prepare your bowel with laxative.
Let me know the colonoscopy reports
Thankyou
