What Could It Be If Having Bumps On Feet, On Soles, Around Toes Which Itch And Ooze Out A Watery Liquid?
I have bumps on my feet around the heel also around toes on sides and under the bottom of my feet they start out small and they itch they have a watery liquid in them and when or if I let them get big they hurt please help me this has been going on for about eight months
Thank you for posting on HCM. The condition you have referred to is called Pompholyx or Dyshidrotic eczema. Its mostly caused to due to allergy to detergents/chemical/footwear etc. Its proper management requires thorough history, clinical and sometimes laboratory work-up. As for treatment part, best would be the avoidance of allergen as far as possible. Apply cream containing halobetasol and fusidic acid combination twice a day. Regular soaks in diluted potassium permanganate solution (1:8000) will also be helpful. I would also advise you oral corticosteroids with anti-histaminics. For non-responding cases there are many other drugs like dapsone, cyclosporine, methotrexate etc which can be used in certain selected cases. Hope this will help you in resolving your query.
