What Could It Be If Having Fluttering/vibration Feeling In Pelvic Area?

Hello I have a fluttering/vibration feeling in my pelvic area. It is not painful and it is not the feeling of gas moving through. It feels more like when your eye twitches, very fast, muscle spasming feeling. What could it be? It has been present off and on for 4 days.

General Surgeon 's  Response
HI.
The pelvic floor is very well covered by the muscles and is so important that it supports the abdominal viscera.
Since these are muscles , they too can twitch as one gets eye twitches.
No specific cause can be found in such cases.
It should settle with time.
At the most you can go for a test of serum electrolytes at the time when you get the feeling. I hope there are no other symptoms. ( as you have not mentioned) ....
Nothing much to worry about .
