What Could It Be If Having Restless Leg, Shoulders When Laying Down, Sleeping?

I have terrible feelings in my body that keep me from sleeping at night. It s the restless leg plus the same type of feeling between my shoulders....It awful. Last night I was up ALL night, even thought I was sleepy. Could not take a nap today because as soon as I lay down the feeling was worst. I have it in the day time too it s just not as bad..

if u have such symptoms occasionally without chest pain, then it is towards anxiety episodes. better u first get urself evaluated too rule out underline cardiac problem. get ur ECG and x ray done. If everything come normal, then u can take low dose benzodiazepine on sos basis.
