What Could It Be If Having Severe Gas, Bloating, Diarrhoea, Abdominal Pain If It It Is Not C-diff, Stomach Flu?
I have been having severe Gas bloating ,severe diarrhea,watery,severe abdomin pain with the gas, for 5 days I may have got some bad food. I have been cleared for c- dif .and too long for stomach flu. all my blood work came back good but still having symptoms. could it be food poison. what should I eat on drink. what about symptoms of other stomach problems like e-coli.colitus ect.

The best answer would to take antibiotics, metrogyl and supportive medicines for 5 days. Getting relief is more important.
