What Could It Be If Having Stabbing Bone Pain, Musclepain, Weakness, Complete Exhaustion?

I have been having stabbing bone pain, musclepain and weakness. Complete exhaustion for the last 7 months. I have always ran circles around even my grown kids. My husband used to call me the wind because of my high energy. No longer have a drop of energy. I'm not depressed. I have always been very optimistic, but I now am seeking to find out whats wrong with me so I can get it fixed.
