What Could It Be If Having Throbbing Pain Under Left Arms, Left Rib, Left Front Of The Stomach?

I have a throbbing pain under my left arms, left rib, left front of my stomach. What could it be? My two girls and boyfriend all had an only pains symptom too in last two week, and I'm wondering if it's something that contagious cause all pain were geneerally found in the rib cage. No cold symptoms, no flu symptoms, although my boyfriend and I had the chills and a fever just this past weekend, but wouldnt explain why I would have these painful symptoms now.

As you had fever and chills possibility of post viral pain is more.
Another possibility of rib contusion or costochondritis.
Rib contusion is visible on X ray . I will advise to consult to orthopaedic surgeon.

Medication like muscle relaxant and analgesic will reduce pain along with it use rib support belt.
