What Could It Be If Veins In Hands, Arms And Feet Turn Blue After Shower Or Washing?
I've recently noticed that the veins in my hands, arms and feet become extremely visible when I shower or even just wash my hands. I talked to a physician and he didn't seem to think much of it. But the veins become so visible that my hands appear blue and it is really bothering me. They have never been like this before. Any ideas?
You could be suffering from Raynauds disease if your finger tips turn blue and this can be associated with mild pain or burning. If yes, then you should consult your Doctor and some tests might need to be done to rule out the cause. It is nothing scary to worry about and can be controlled with medicines like Diltiazem, etc which will decrease the problem manifold. Take care and feel free to ask more. Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
