DEAR DOCTOR, i am 40 years MALE . i am suffering from high FSH levels, i am married since last 12 years, my relations with wife are ok PLZ SEE MY LAB TEST below,AND CONSULT ME PLZ T3 1.7 T4 110 TSH 2.55 LH 11.2 FSH 36.9 LU/L TESTOSTERONE 0.85

FSH-is high.
Testosterone- low.

A high FSH means the testicles are not functioning properly.
The FSH tells the testes to work and make sperms, but when the testes function is abnormal, the FSH rises as it doesn't get the feedback from the testes.

Please consult an infertility specialist who can guide you. Your sperm count needs to be checked as well, as it maybe low. There are assisted fertility options that your doctor can help you with.
