What Could Itchy Blisters On Ring Fingers With Redness Indicate?

My wedding ring finger has been broke out for over a month now with tiny small blisters under the skin in a small patch, and I have had one that had a puss like blister. It itches badly and will swell after scratching and turn red and feel like it has a fever in it. Do you have any suggestions?

it can be allergy to metal used in ring. stop using ring. take tab levocetrizine and apply betnovate ointment in effected part.
