What Could Itchy Nipple With Clear Discharge From A Scab Over It In A Male Indicate?

I am a male. 19 years old. My left nipple hast been itchy recently. Naturally I scratch it and it feels good but at the same time i notice the skin there and the nipple itself is rather rough compared to the right nipple. Later there was also a very small scab on it and it had a small amount of clear, water like discharge coming from it. Should I be worried?

Hi,

From the details you have produced, it could be due to fungal infection. Apply some anti0fungal ointment like Quadriderm on it. Keep it dry.
