What Could Itchy Thighs, Feet And Genital Area At Night Indicate?

I itch at night. Backs of my thighs, tops of my feet, genital area where pubic hair grows, under rolls of fat. I have used hydrocortsone cream, and a couple of anti-fungal creams. Some relief with hydrocortisone cream. Could this be a side effect of meds?

I really appreciate your concern, certain common skin disorders needs to be ruled out as long as the symptoms of itching is concern, and scabies, urticaria are among them, till then "Tab Hydroxyzine 10 mg" three times in day can be used, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
