What Could Itchy Vagina With Acne Spots Suggest?
They usually occur week before my period and vanish half way through my period or sometimes week after. Some look like white-heads and are small. When I squeeze them, I notice whitish liquid coming out of them. Bigger spots look like acne spots and are quite painful and filled in with what looks like blood mixed with white liquid. I also experience itching round my vagina and vaginal lips.

It may be folliculitis and vulvovaginitis. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.
Short course of antibiotic and antifungal tablets may be considered. Apply antibiotic and antifungal cream. For itching, take antihistaminics like levocetirizine. Avoid soap bath. Dettol liq may be used for Sitz bath.
