Hi,

The sensation of falling or jerky sensations could be caused by several conditions. Here are some possible causes:
* Inner ear disorders: The inner ear helps maintain balance and spatial orientation. If there is an issue with the inner ear, it could cause a sensation of falling or dizziness.
* Neurological conditions: Neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, or a stroke can affect the nervous system's ability to control movement and balance.
* Anxiety or panic attacks: Anxiety or panic attacks can cause a range of physical symptoms, including a sensation of falling or loss of balance.
* Medications: Certain medications, such as those used to treat anxiety or high blood pressure, can cause dizziness or unsteadiness.
* Low blood pressure: Low blood pressure can cause a feeling of lightheadedness or unsteadiness, which could lead to a sensation of falling.

It's important to speak with a healthcare provider if you experience these sensations frequently or if they interfere with your daily activities. They can evaluate you and recommend appropriate treatment or further testing if needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
