What Could Lab Findings Along With Sore Throat And Diarrhea Suggest?

I been with a sore throat and coughing for the past week . I also have a possible fever ( haven t had a way to check my temperature ) and diarrhea as of the past 24 hours I just got over mono my lab work came back all normal except for three things Glucose Lvl Result 104 mg/dL, Neutrophils Result 48.1 %, Creatinine Lvl Result 0.54 mg/dL. I was wondering what was wrong and if I should be concerned I have a doctor appointment on monday after the weekend but just wondering if I should be concerned because I know I m sick due to the symptoms but beyond that I don t know whats wrong or if I should be worried or not

Hi dear ,you don't have to worry because your all lab report you mentioned above are with in normal ,and as per your symptoms it seems to be viral. so you should consult doctor after symptomatic treatment you will be all right.
