What Could Large Sensitive Bumps On Head Suggest?

I am a 51 year old femalel with no known medical conditions other than thalasemia minor. Last night I noticed two small bumps on the back of my head. I have not hit my head or had any injury. this morning, it is one larger bump that is sensitive to touch. What could this be?
