What Could Light, Short Periods With Increased Appetite And Nausea Indicate?

Hello, I am 21. Was off the pill for 3 months. Had unprotected sex (pullout). Just had a period that was only about 2 days and was very light. Now I am having back cramps, nausea after I eat, am hungry 20 minutes after I eat along with the nausea and i have been extremely tired which is very rare for me. I am vegan so the nausea is very weird since I don t eat anything that would upset my stomach, ex. banana smoothies, rice and veggies, beans. Thank you!

The first thing I would check is a pregnancy test. You had unprotected sex followed by a light period and then symptoms consistent with pregnancy. It is possible to have what appears to be a light period at the expected time as the fertilized egg implanting in the uterus can cause some bleeding. You might have picked up a stomach virus or something else, but check a pregnancy test first. Hope this helps.
