General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Pain behind the eye can be related to migraine or sinusitis. I suggest to do a sinus X-ray to exclude the possibility of sinusitis. Meanwhile, I suggest using over the counter painkillers such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
