What Could Loss Of Smell Or Taste Suggest?

Hello, I hope you can help. Everything that has a fragrance (soap, shampoo, conditioner, air freshener, etc.) lately smells like bleach. I m the only one that can smell it, and it s driving me crazy. Also, many things I eat don t taste (and smell) like they should, such as peanut butter. Nothing smells or tastes right, and it s really concerning me. :(
