What Could Lump On Anus Turning Red, Itchy And Painful After Bowel Movement Indicate?

Hello I noticed I have had this strange lump on the top of my anus. At first it was small and I assumed it was a hemmoroid so I purchased prep H and I applied it on the lump and internally. Nothing seemed to change and now the lump has appeared to have grown to a fleshy pea size. It s flesh color but turns red after a BM. Also my anus seems puffy and purple all around now & It gets uncomfortable/itchy and sometimes it hurts a lot. I noticed there was bright red blood after wiping too recently. I want to go to the doctor as soon as possible but I m just so nervous and curious to what this can be.

It seems like wart may be HPV infection needs physical examination and HPV test to say exactly or it may be infection once check with physician because it needs treatment which can be prescribed after examination. (Strengthen your immunity via fresh fruits juices steamed vegetables amla, aloe vera, basil, antioxidants and multivitamins can help.)
