What Could Lumps On And Around The Testicles Indicate?

Hi I have two lumps one the size of a peanut ones slightly smaller they are on the top of my right testical also one inside of the testical below the two lumps on the right side of the right testi. That lump feels bigger than the other two and another small lump roughly the size of half a rasin and is near the lower part of the testi on the left side.the testical with the lumps is also smaller than the left one.I have been to see a doctor and to me it seemed the doctor found it hard to feel the lumps and seemed unsure but assured me its most likely a cyst..can cyst grow how I m explaining it or can testical cancer grow like that I have an app for ultrasound but was wanting to know more thanks Matt.

After going through the description, it appears that you have noticed lumps of various sizes on your testis. It is required to get investigated what could be the cause for it. Kindly get the following investigations done:
1. Ultrasound of scrotum
2. Ultrasound guided FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology)
These reports would help to draw conclusions what the lesions could be.
Kindly consult Surgeon or Andrologist with the reports for detailed evaluation and management.
