General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of lump in anus, had diarrhea and stringy poo.
This indicates that you had intestinal infection which might have caused you to strain a lot,
This in turn must have caused the enlargement of the internal hemorrhoid to have external prolapsed hemorrhoid.
You have not mentioned pain; this proved this is not a cellulitis lesion or a forming abscess.
I would advise you to get this checked from a General Surgeon and get operated .
Take laxatives and have sitz bath. Avoid constipation.
