This indicates that you had intestinal infection which might have caused you to strain a lot, This in turn must have caused the enlargement of the internal hemorrhoid to have external prolapsed hemorrhoid. You have not mentioned pain; this proved this is not a cellulitis lesion or a forming abscess. I would advise you to get this checked from a General Surgeon and get operated . Take laxatives and have sitz bath. Avoid constipation.
