What Could Lumps On Leg,shin & Thigh Suggest?

Hi my name is Steve, I'm 29 years old, i dont smoke, i exercise regularly and I drink moderately. I have found two lumps on my left leg, a small pea size hard movable lump on my shin with no pain swelling or discolouration. The second lump on my quad is between my leg and hamstring, halfway up my thigh, it is not movable about one and half centimteres in size, appears to be part of the muscle and again no swelling, discolouration or pain. What can they be?

-Causes -for lumps on leg and shin and thigh-
1- Mostly it appears to be -Lipoma-fibroma ? Sebaceous Cysts at these sites-as they are painless.
2-Surgeons consultation would fix the diagnosis -who would treat it by Excision Biopsy.
3-Dont get scared and uneasy,but be cautious and act fast.
